“Ireland Financial Services” will develop & implement tailored plans acting as a coordinator to guide and support institutions through the regulatory, legal & corporate governance myriad, lead the infrastructural implementation to establish the intended financial services vehicle as efficiently and effectively as possible and ensure that the on-going operations continue to achieve their ambitions. Where appropriate, we will implement a project management methodology to each client objective.
“Ireland Financial Services” is INDEPENDENT of all professional service firms & third party administration service providers. We are not tied to any law firms, accountancy practices, third party administrators or actuarial firms. We introduce our clients to those parties which are best placed to serve their specific & unique needs, to enable our client select the most appropriate service providers and/or establish their physical presence. We can provide a referral list of appropriate service providers for clients to consider engaging with as is necessary, such as those law firms, accountancy practices, actuarial practices, third party administration service providers, estate agents and recruitment agencies.
We recognise a one size fits all approach does not apply. Different firms have differing models of operation, whether they require the establishment of a physical presence or seeking to appoint a third party administrator in the investment, insurance or reinsurance sectors. At “Ireland Financial Services” we can guide or lead you on that path considering all aspects of governance and operational needs.
